Jeff & Rowena are the Senior Ministers of C3 Bathurst. They pioneered the church in 2007 and lead with a passion to see a healthy church that brings life to people. They have four sons and love being a part of the Bathurst Community.

Jeff has a masters degree in Leadership and Theology and is passionate about his family, Jesus, digital technologies, music, good design and exploring different cultures. He also works with online education platforms and works with other organisations to develop online learning systems.

Rowena manages the church, is passionate about the development of children and teaches Scripture in a local public school. She is also a qualified Landscape Architect, loves creating beautiful spaces, classical music and is currently learning the viola!
