C3 Church Bathurst runs a volunteer Internship Program where Interns serve in multiple ministry and/or operational areas of the Church and participate in various spiritual development activities.
Theological Training
- Interns will be studying in C3's Certificate IV Ministry and Theology program, either full time or part-time. Subjects covered include Bible Interpretation, Old Testament, New Testament, Christian Doctrine, Leadership, Faith and Moving in the Spirit. Full time students may qualify for student benefits from the Australian government.
Ministry Experience
- Interns will given 'hands-on' ministry experience according to their gifts and availability of church oversight.
Mentoring and Spiritual Development
- Engage in regular meetings for personal growth
